Dr Vince Giuca


Vince is the founder and executive director of PiBI. He is an experienced business executive, consultant, researcher and teacher with considerable human resource management (HRM) and negotiation experience in both private and public sectors.

Vince commenced his working career in the Australian Public Service, culminating in working as a senior adviser to two Cabinet Ministers in the Hawke Government. He has worked in various senior consultancy and human resource manager/director roles, as well as, owning and operating his own electronic security business. Vince has consulted for multi-national organisations (PWC, Accenture and SAP) and past roles have involved extensive use of high level negotiation, and human resource and project management skills. He has also been active in various start-up businesses involving a range of business partners.

In addition to business advisory work, Vince currently teaches post-graduate courses at various tertiary institutions, including Monash University. These have included negotiations, managing conflict, human resource management and organisational behaviour. He is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Resolution Institute, as well as, being a nationally accredited mediator.
